FAQ's
1. How do I register?
Go online to www.absolutepilatesplus.com and click on 'Register Now' then simply fill in your details and click 'Submit.'

2. How do I use my account once I am registered?
Once you have registered on our website you will received a confirmation email. You will then be able to manage your personal account by buying credits and booking classes. The website is very user friendly so click on the links and take a browse to familiarise yourself. If you have any problems feel free email us at info@absolutepilatesplus.com.

3. What is a credit and how do they work?
A credit is a point system that is used when you book any of the services provided by Absolute Pilates Plus. When booking a class or service the credits from your account are deducted from your total. If you purchase in bulk i.e. 30 credits, the price of each credits goes down to £16.

4. How long are the credits valid for?
12 months from the date of purchase.

5. How do I purchase credits?
You can purchase credits online by logging into your account and clicking on 'Buy Credits.' You can also pay by cash or card at the studio.

6. Do you give refunds
We have a strict no refund policy.

7. How do I book classes online?
You need to Log In by entering your email address and your password and then simply click on 'Class Schedules' and scroll through until you see the date and time that you want to book, then click on a space and confirm.

8. Do I need to do a beginners class if it's my first time?
Ideally Yes. We would recommend that your first couple of classes are beginner's classes. You will have a chance to familiarise yourself with the equipment and perfect your technique.

9. I've never done Reformer Pilates before, what can I expect to gain from the classes?
Reformer Pilates is a great way to develop core strength, develop muscle endurance and improve posture and flexibility. If you are a beginner these classes are perfect as our expert trainers will adapt their routines to suit each individual.

10. How many classes should I aim to do a week to really see results?
This will depend on each individual and what you are looking to achieve. Many factors come into play so feel free to ask any of our trainers to discuss you personal goals. An average of 2-3 classes a week should do the trick though.

11. What happens if I want to cancel a class?
As long as you give us no less then 24hrs notice then you will not lose credits, otherwise the relevant amount of credits will be deducted as per usual from your account. You can cancel your cancel 24 hours – Log In then click on the Account tab and go to Booked Classes. Once you find the class click on Cancel.

12. How far in advance can I book?
You can book a month in advance for all classes and services we provide.

13. Will I still be allowed to join if I am late for class?
You will only be allowed to join the class within 10 minutes of the start time. To avoid any doubt you must be dressed and on the machine within 10 minutes. This is for your safety only not because we are mean.

14. Would Reformer Pilates be suitable if I have an injury or am recovering from one?
If you have an injury or have had one in the past, it is best to talk with your doctor first to check if it is suitable for you to take Pilates classes. If you get cleared by your doctor then you can talk with one of our trainers and they will suggest what would work best for you.

15. Can I do Reformer Pilates if I am pregnant?
It is best to seek a doctor's advice first before taking part in any physical activity. Pilates is however safe in the early stages of pregnancy if your doctor thinks that you are in suitable shape to take part in the classes.

16. I'm fit and would like to know what Reformer Pilates can do to enhance this?
Our reformer pilates classes are designed to give you a full body workout. Helping you develop your core strength, tone muscles, change shape, burn fat, define your body, improve posture and increase flexibility.

17. What facilities do you have available at the studio?
There is a changing room which has storage space for your belongings and showers that you can use at your leisure. Towels are also available for you to use and there are water and juice bottles available for you to purchase.

18. Can I book private lessons? If so how much do they cost?
Yes, you can book private sessions by calling our studio to arrange a suitable time. Private classes cost between 3.5 and 5 credits depending on the time and whether you are training with a master trainer or not.

19. What other classes are available?
Our fitness studio is filled with classes to get your heartbeat racing and give you that cardiovascular workout you may be searching for. Some of the classes we provide are Spinning, Cardio Circuits, Boxfit. 20. Can I purchase credits as a gift?
Yes, you most certainly can. Simply call us at the studio to arrange for the credits to be gifted to someone. We also provide gift certificates.

21. Can I use credits on my account to book a class for a friend?
If you want to book a class for a friend you will first need to get them to register online on our website at www.absolutepilatesplus.com then email us your password (which you can reset later) at info@absolutepilatesplus.com. We can then transfer some of your credits to their account. This is so when your friend comes into the studio the trainers know who to expect in the class.

22. Can I do personal training at the studio?
Yes Absolutely! If you are looking for that one to one attention or simply need to get ready for an event, maybe your wedding, or even want to shed any remaining baby fat just give us a call and we can organise some PT sessions for you. No matter what your requirements our personal trainers will help you achieve your goals.

23. What other services do you provide?
We have an in house nutritionist, as well as massage therapists at your disposal. Simply speak to reception to organise any of these services.
