Dayra Penagos

With a natural passion for fitness and following her curiosity, Dayra tried pilates by first time in 2012. She decided to combine Pilates – which she considers it is a very rewarding career - with her demanding role as a mum.

Dayra is a Level 3 Pilates instructor with strong basis on the fundamentals of Pilates philosophy. She is also certified on Pilates with small equipment, Pilates with orthopaedic conditions and pre-post-natal

As she made the decision to change her marketing career to enter the Wellness Industry where she hopes that her passion and dedication can make a difference, her “feel good and feel challenged” classes are aimed to provide a whole body workout, helping you to find you own strength

Ben Andrews

Ben Andrews is a Level 3 personal trainer with a degree in sport and exercise Science plus qualifications in spin, exercise to music, circuit training and power plate. Having completed a Level 4 qualification in lower-back pain management, his ambition is to set up his own personal training business and specialise in helping lower-back-pain sufferers. Ben is a keen footballer who also enjoys weightlifting and all kinds of cardiovascular exercise. He strongly believes that improving flexibility and core strength improves everyone’s ability to either play sport or carry out day-to-day tasks.

Shaun Brooking

Shaun's University Qualification in Sports Science, experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach and great smile, make him the perfect fit to the Absolute team.

His classes are challenging and technically brilliant making sure you will be pushed to your best every time, yet staying safe and in control.

Victoria Hilton

Victoria's style of teaching is traditional and challenging. She will encourage you to really consider your technique and form throughout the class. She has 5+ years of teaching experience and is also a PT, Victoria specializes ante and post natal exercise so if you are currently pregnant she will ensure your safety.
On a personal level she practices what she preaches and takes regular classical equipment classes to keep her engaged and informed as a teacher. Victoria is also passionate about nutrition and is always happy to chat on this subject.

Faran Cooper

Faran is coming from a background in modern dance - having studied at Broadway Dance Centre in New York City - Faran has been inspired to stay fit by the best movers and shakers in the business.
Faran is trained through STOTT Pilates for her mat work certification, and fully qualified on the reformer through TENeducation. Through both training backgrounds, she delivers private lessons and classes that cater to your needs- whether it be rehabilitative, traditional or dynamic styles of Pilates.
This level of class requires a good level of strength, fitness and understanding of the basics that are taught in the beginners classes. Using the tools that the machine provides, we can accommodate a very wide range of abilities in these classes and continually challenge you as you improve. These classes are designed to be challenging and to overload your body causing it to adapt and transform.
