Ben Andrews

Ben Andrews is a Level 3 personal trainer with a degree in sport and exercise Science plus qualifications in spin, exercise to music, circuit training and power plate. Having completed a Level 4 qualification in lower-back pain management, his ambition is to set up his own personal training business and specialise in helping lower-back-pain sufferers. Ben is a keen footballer who also enjoys weightlifting and all kinds of cardiovascular exercise. He strongly believes that improving flexibility and core strength improves everyone’s ability to either play sport or carry out day-to-day tasks.

Charlotte Debattista

Charlotte Debattista Bio
A singer and dancer since the age of nine when her passion for music was ignited. She originally trained in Malta, where she is from, before moving to London to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. She completed her training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, and has since performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and various theatres including the West End.
Charlotte’s dance background introduced her to the wonderful world of Pilates; having a passion for health and fitness, she trained with STOTT in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has a keen interest in Dynamic Pilates and helps clients work towards an equlibirum between stability, mobility and strength.
She loves teaching and providing individual attention to each client so they can get the most from their workout. Charlotte’s workout aims to articulate the spine, challenge the core and improve the client’s overall fitness. Pilates is intelligent exercise with profound results.
 

Dayra Penagos

With a natural passion for fitness and following her curiosity, Dayra tried pilates by first time in 2012. She decided to combine Pilates – which she considers it is a very rewarding career - with her demanding role as a mum.

Dayra is a Level 3 Pilates instructor with strong basis on the fundamentals of Pilates philosophy. She is also certified on Pilates with small equipment, Pilates with orthopaedic conditions and pre-post-natal

As she made the decision to change her marketing career to enter the Wellness Industry where she hopes that her passion and dedication can make a difference, her “feel good and feel challenged” classes are aimed to provide a whole body workout, helping you to find you own strength

This level of class requires a good level of strength, fitness and understanding of the basics that are taught in the beginners classes. Using the tools that the machine provides, we can accommodate a very wide range of abilities in these classes and continually challenge you as you improve. These classes are designed to be challenging and to overload your body causing it to adapt and transform.
