Ben Andrews

Ben Andrews is a Level 3 personal trainer with a degree in sport and exercise Science plus qualifications in spin, exercise to music, circuit training and power plate. Having completed a Level 4 qualification in lower-back pain management, his ambition is to set up his own personal training business and specialise in helping lower-back-pain sufferers. Ben is a keen footballer who also enjoys weightlifting and all kinds of cardiovascular exercise. He strongly believes that improving flexibility and core strength improves everyone’s ability to either play sport or carry out day-to-day tasks.

Emma Marie

Emma has been in the health and fitness industry for over 4 years, her favourite tool without a doubt is a Reformer which she studied in Australia.
Emma has used Pilates Reformer throughout her career to help several of her clients recover from all types of injuries to the neck, spine and hips all the way to improving personal bests in the gym with heavy lifts such as olympic lifting.
Emma has also worked closely throughout the years with professional golfers, tennis players and footballers. She has tailored each individuals sessions on the Reformer based on their goals, strengths and weaknesses and has proven results from everyone she has worked with.
You will find Emma likes to focus on technique, posture, and core activation in her classes. She also believes breathing is important too and loves to give everyone a challenging workout no matter what level of fitness or experience.
Emma is also a Personal Trainer and a Precision Nutrition coach. Her training style is HIIT with her favourite style being Tabata (20 seconds work 10 seconds rest) and also trains kickboxing and strength & conditioning. She likes to push people hard, make them sweat (alot), and have fun while doing so.

Charlotte Debattista

Charlotte Debattista Bio
A singer and dancer since the age of nine when her passion for music was ignited. She originally trained in Malta, where she is from, before moving to London to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. She completed her training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, and has since performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and various theatres including the West End.
Charlotte’s dance background introduced her to the wonderful world of Pilates; having a passion for health and fitness, she trained with STOTT in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has a keen interest in Dynamic Pilates and helps clients work towards an equlibirum between stability, mobility and strength.
She loves teaching and providing individual attention to each client so they can get the most from their workout. Charlotte’s workout aims to articulate the spine, challenge the core and improve the client’s overall fitness. Pilates is intelligent exercise with profound results.
 

Peter Clerkin

Originally from County Antrim Northern Ireland, Peter has been involved in sport his whole life.

Over the past 15 years this has been more involved in coaching and teaching, working as a football and basketball coach at youth level with a year long stint coaching 'soccer' in the States.

Peter holds a Honours Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Edinburgh Napier University, with a focus on exercise physiology, sports biomechanics and sports psychology.

Peter has been teaching mat and reformer Pilates for the past 4 years and believes that, regardless of what your training and health goals, pilates should form an intergral part of any exercise programme.

Advanced
This is for the experienced individuals who have a a very good understanding of the breathing, postures and movement as well as being very comfortable with the reformer and it's workings. This level of class is designed to produce very fit and strong individuals. It is not a place for beginners.
