Kickboxing - Learn to give the perfect roundhouse kick! A great all round workout, taking both your upper and your lower body to its limit!
Spinning - An indoor cycling class to keep you on your toes! Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.
Spin Interval - A ride that will fluctuate your heart rate intensifying the calories burned throughout the day. Using the resistance levels the terrain of your ride will be constantly changing.
Spin Endurance - An endurance and stamina testing ride which keeps the heart rate between 60-80% capacity throughout the workout.
Personal Training - We offer one to one training on the reformer as well as fitness training. We have a wide range of experienced instructors that can train you in anything from yoga to boxing. |
