Originally trained in dance, and as a dance teacher, Keziah has become increasingly passionate about pilates and yoga, which she believes to be the perfect combination of training for strength and form. Keziah’s determination to deepen her knowledge of yoga and eastern philosophies led her to India, and she returned with a teaching qualification. On her return from India, Keziah sought to increase her knowledge of pilates and completed the STOTT pilates teaching course. Keziah’s training and depth of knowledge mean that she has a unique and holistic approach to her classes and clients.

Mike
Mike is a sports, remedial massage and manipulative therapist who studied sports and remedial massage, sports injuries and rehabilitation at St.Mary’s College in Twickenham. He also studied Manipulative Science at the Complimentary Therapies College of Wales in Cardiff.
Mike’s area of expertise is soft tissue bodywork and in addition to massage he employs various bodywork skills such as positional release, neuromuscular techniques, muscle energy and facilitated stretching to treat his clients.

Narayan
Narayan is a London based pilates instructor and personal trainer who has been involved in fitness from a very early age. Narayan regularly competed for the Great Britain junior athletics team as a teenager, then later went onto spend many years as an international model, learning all the special techniques and tricks models use to get lean super fast.
Narayan's sessions tend to be intense, dynamic, and emphasise on fat burning.

Nick
Born and bred in Timaru, New Zealand, Nick followed his love of sports to Otago University where he completed a Bachelor of Physical Education with a double major in Exercise Science and Exercise Prescription. He began his fitness career in Wellington where he worked at the world renowned Les Mills as a personal trainer before establishing himself at the Auckland City Branch. During his 2 years there he became the head of the Les Mills Bootcamp programme and was nominated for trainer of the year. He was involved with training school age athletes, while also playing at a National level in his chosen sport of football.
On his arrival to London Nick began his work life at a reformer pilates studio where he remained for 18 months before starting his own fitness business. As well as teaching reformer Pilates he has group trainings and private sessions. Nick believes in a simple and balanced approach to living a healthy a rewarding lifestyle and making training enjoyable and personal.
